Amherst Brewing Company, commonly referred to as ABC, is a local brewpub (restaurant that brews their own beer). ABC also serves burgers and other typical American fare as well as daily specials like sirloin steaks and stuffed pork roast. It opened in 1997 and is located in downtown Amherst. They serve several beers that are brewed on-premises, local microbrews of their own and fried Oreos for dessert, enough said.
At night you can play pool while having a beer or one of the house drinks like a "You're efffin Sexy," which tastes like Pineaple-upside-down cake.
It has two floors - the first floor has a restaurant kind of look and the second floor is more like a bar. It is in the second floor that you can find lot of people. While enjoying drinks, people often play pool, foosball and table tennis. There is also an option to play the songs you like.
It is quite spacious and conveniently located in the downtown. It is just opposite to Antonio's Pizza and just a couple of meters away from bus-stop.
