Brett is a co-ed residential hall in the lower Central residential area. Brett is a Nine-Month Residence Hall and houses the Central Area Resident Government offices. Brett Hall houses a large number of student athletes year after year. Known for a historic basement floor, Brett Hall is a member of the Brett Brooks Cluster. This cluster prides itself in having some of the best Rs on campus, when in reality they are all douche bags. The cops frequent the building due to complaints of marijuana odors and the prevalent smell of alcohol. The majority of residents in this building are uptight when in reality they need to chill out and get down! The Brett population consists of student athletes, members of the band, stoners, and hot girls. Also, lots of Asians and handicapped. All in all Brett has major potential on the UMASS party scene. Really though,awesome location, right next to Franklin DC and University Health Services. Perfect for fatties, stoners, and hypochondriacs.
