Cluster Office

A cluster office is an office in the first floor of a dorm that proves services for the students who live in the cluster. The cluster office is usually run by RAs, and the Residential Director's office is often nearby.

For instance, the CMLK (Crabtree, Mary Lyon, Knowlton) cluster in Northeast has it's cluster office in the first floor of Crabtree. Residents of any of these three buildings can go to the cluster office to pick up a spare key if they lock themselves out of their room, or to pick up a US mail package that wouldn't fit into their mailbox in their dorm.

The hours of all of the cluster offices at UMass are the same. They are:

Monday - Wednesday 10am-1pm, 2-5pm, 7-11pm
Thursday & Friday 10am-1pm, 2-5pm, 8pm-1am
Saturday 8pm-1am
Sunday 2-4pm and 7-11pm
