[edit] Facilities
Diva's has three bars, one of which is off-limits to under-21 year olds. Both bars have approximately the same drinks available. The third bar is to the left of the entrance, and has different DJs/music from the main room. The club is known, in addition to its variety of dance nights, for $1 pints of Pabst Blue Ribbon, making it one of the cheapest bars around (other drinks are comparatively priced).

[edit] Tuesday: Haven
Haven (aka HVN) is a weekly independent gothic/industrial/dark alternative dance event held at Diva's Nightclub in Northampton, Massachusetts. DJ Penelope runs the night with invited feature guest dj's from Boston, London, Bulgaria, NYC, and Philadelphia, as well as up and coming djs from within the community. The Haven DJs maintain an easy balance between the familiar classics and the cutting edge, sometimes breaking music years ahead of the pack.
Some recent guest dj features have included DJ Znuh, DJ Rabid Angel, DJ Damien Plague, DJ Owen Tate, DJ Arcanus, Daniel Myer (Haujobb), Ian Fford (NYC), Hellraver (NYC), Martin Atkins (Pigface, etc), DJ Coppertop (Indy), and Boston DJs Mothra, Gryffin, Lost Boy, and Lady Bathory, to name a few.
Haven is also known for its parties. Once or twice a month theme nights draw out the best and worst in all, with costume contests, games, prizes, surprises, and 'unmentionable brouhaha.' Some favorite parties are the Drag Ball, the Industrial Pajama Party, the Masquerade Ball, Decadence: an Evening of the Arts, The Exotic Erotic Ball, and the Back to School party ... not to mention the infamous (?) Halloween celebrations!
Live music is occasionally presented at Haven. Top quality sound support backs some of the brightest and best acts the subculture has to offer. These include international chart topping alternative acts like the Cruxshadows, Rasputina, Bella Morte, Razed In Black, Voltaire, Sister Machine Gun, Ego Likeness, Thou Shalt Not, and Imperative Reaction. Haven has also featured performances by New England based future superstar acts like You Shriek (Boston), Battery Cage (now on Metropolis Records), One Of Us (Boston), Incus (Boston), Fluttr Effect, and Collapse Into Reason.
Local and international artists and craftpersons are encouraged to exhibit and vend at Haven. Independent musicians should contact Haven with their CD releases -- no bad masters, please!
