Draper Hall is a building that nobody seems to know anything about. I had a class in there once. It was weird.
It was the first dining hall on campus. The other floors used to be dorm rooms in the early days. Now the building houses the campus Environmental Health & Safety offices, plus the SBS dean's office, and a number of grad student offices.
According to legend, Draper is also haunted by a member of the kitchen help who was stabbed in the early days of the university.
Indeed, draper hall has no Umass webpage! Very odd...--Dave 16:45, 4 November 2006 (EST)
