Lounge Style

Lounge Style bars are characterized by their lack of anything to do. These places are specifically made for the enjoyment of solitary pleasures: cigar smoking, enjoying beverages, reading the newspaper, listening to the softly-playing music overhead. Most often these bars put a high premium on comfort, with high quality seating and plenty of room for the client. There is rarely loud music playing, and the ambient noise is usually light music and cocktail chatter. These places are usually a little more yuppie than your average bar, so putting on something a little nicer than usual wouldn't be out of the question.
