Nine-Month Residence Hall

Students may live in nine-month residence halls from the start of the fall semester through the end of the spring semester without having to check out their keys or move out during any breaks.

• Lewis in Northeast
• Brett in Central
• Crampton in Southwest
• Prince in Southwest is actually a twelve-month graduate dorm, but every so often undergrads will be permitted to reside due to certain circumstances (such as disability or being an international student).

Students living in nine-month residence halls pay an extra $75 per semester on top of their regular student housing fees. This rate is subject to change when the North Residential Area opens in September.
